Kershaw Scenic has collaborated with Dishoom on all of their UK restaurants since 2018, which at time of writing (Feb 2026) has included 6 full-scale Dishoom restaurants and 5 smaller Permit Rooms across the country from Brighton to Glasgow. As their scenic artist Graham has contributed significantly to Dishoom's unique aesthetic, from ageing wall effects through to period portraits, murals, sign-written glass and branding. We continue to be a key member of the Dishoom team, working closely with the designers to create a coherent style whilst responding to each new site's particular character.
